over the past couple months i've been working what seems non-stop to get my life organized and to get my new site designed. it has been stressful, a learning experience, and a lot of fun, but i'm excited to say that it should be up by the end of february. i will be blogging via tumblr with my new site, which as you might be able to tell, is wedding inspired and will feature not only wedding inspirations (not for my own wedding! as some of you asked) but also my own inspiration for my designs, many of which are fashion and and art based. it has been fun blogging at the change factory over the past year but i'm so ready to move onto the next chapter, which hopefully will live a long and fulfilling life! thanks for stopping by and i hope you will continue to follow me on tumblr, twitter, pinterest and over at mint.

i have to thank ardor for reminding me about nico.nico, which happens to be the coolest kid's clothing line ever. so cool that when i saw one of the shirts on pinterest i thought it was a women's shirt and inquired further about where to buy it...only to find myself looking at girls shirts and being sort of humiliated by myself. i'm sure it happened to others. right? anyway, if you have any kiddos, or know of any that you feel like gifting, you should definitely look into these organic little masterpieces.

i love the simplicity of these plume prints from terrain. i think this would be a super simple DIY project either in photoshop or with a stencil and some paint (they are $1,500 a piece, say whhaaa). they look perfect with the natural wood frames.

i went thrifting last week and came home with some good finds. the new kitty is franklin aka frankie aka frankenball. he's crazy and also loves a good deal, as you can see. the tapestry is from peru and makes for a good picnic blanket and or table cloth as it is currently being used. hope everyone has a good monday!
